Artists
in the AMP show include Let's Re-Make, Bonnie Fortune, Michael Cooper,
Adrienne Outlaw, Mike Calway-Fagen, and Lindsay Obermeyer.
A full color, critical catalog will be available in March, 2010, with
texts by Julia Bryan-Wilson, Chen Tamir,
Dorothy Joiner, Michael Sims, Sarah Childress, Joe Nolan and Heather Bailey.
AMP is organized by the Nashville Cultural Arts Project and has as its
collaborative partners Metro Nashville Public Schools, Frist Center for
the Visual Arts and Vanderbilt University. AMP funding and assistance
comes from Metro Nashville Arts Commission, Vanderbilt University, Elizabeth
Firestone Graham Foundation and FCVA.
